Pregnancy  Yoga

Stay flexible and mobile through your pregnancy to help feel relaxed, calm and in control of your birth. Classes offered face to face and on zoom so you can participate in the comfort of your own home.

My pregnancy yoga classes incorporate adapted yoga poses which are designed to help you to feel more comfortable and alleviate common pregnancy conditions. Each class includes pelvic floor exercises and gentle movement to bring relief to achy muscles, as well as poses and breathing techniques ideal for use during labor and birth.

We will finish every class with time to relax during a guided meditation, leaving you feeling rested and ready for a good night's sleep. Pregnancy yoga is a great way for you to connect with your unborn baby while taking some valuable ‘me time’. It is also an opportunity to meet other expectant mums in the local area. In addition, you will be invited to join a private Facebook group.

 

This virtual village is a safe space for you to ask questions, seek advice and share ideas and resources. These classes are suitable for those in their second and third trimesters and no previous yoga experience is necessary.

Mum & Baby  Yoga

Yoga is a safe and gentle way to return to exercise and is perfect for the postnatal period. Baby Yoga focuses on relaxation, fun movement and stretches for both mum and baby, This class will support, bonding with your babies and socialising.  Learn relaxation & breathing techniques for yourself too.  Join me to feel empowered when learning about your body and how it has changed post pregnancy.

Suitable for mama's with babies aged 6 weeks (10 weeks post C-Section, forceps or 4th degree tear.

I will guide you through bespoke sequences so you feel rejuvenated by working with your body to rebuild your core strength.

Childrens  Yoga & Teen Yoga 

Children's Yoga classes are exciting, creative and calming, combining fitness, fun and relaxation in each unique class. Yoga and mindfulness is combined to encourage kids to grow in confidence and to the best of their ability. 

Each session is 30 – 45 minutes and takes children aged between 2.5 and 16 on an imaginary adventure, which they act out using Yoga postures. They release physical tension from the body by stretching and practicing calming breathing exercises before lying down for a relaxing ‘eyes closed story’.

 

The children will use their imaginations through yoga and have great fun they are also improving their health and studies have shown their academic ability.
