Usually held on the last Saturday of Each month. The Sound Bath will start with you being welcomed to a warm dimly lit studio; Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of wind gongs, singing bowls and an array of other instruments. All you have to do is lie in comfort and allow the sound vibrations to flood your body. This experience will allow you to enter a deep meditative dreamlike state, when this state is reached, our body has the ability to heal itself. The sound and vibrations from the gong help to centre the mind, calm the nervous system, and restore vitality to the body. Here are a few suggestions for what to bring: A blanket or warm jumper; A pillow for your head; Something to cover your eyes with; Spots are very limited so grab yours now! IMPORTANT NOTE: Gong baths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance.
