Yoga Benefits

 

My classes,  will synchronise traditional Hatha yoga poses, breath and movement so they smoothly transition from one pose to another, always ending with a scrumptious deeply nourishing relaxation to restore a sense of equilibrium and calm through out your whole system. Below is a list of movements we will work with and benefits.

Seated Movements

Meditation and Relaxation
